Likely won't happen until change suppliers again is my guess. We end up spending a weekend hotel cost plus driving 250 miles oneway.so wont know if the crableg problem would be resolved. I would like to return at the point after they all have acknowledged the crableg saltiness problem and have resolved it. Forcing to pay no discounted priced meals.no compensation. The manager has not acknowledged the problem and he likely won't. Im not faulting the staff, but they missed the mark on crablegs. But they did cookjumbo shrimp and scallops instead. We didn't ask for food to be substituted. Only good crablegs would have met our satisfaction though. We travel there 250+ miles for just good crablegs as in the past for 3 decades. Server was aware of the problem too.kept apologizing for them being overly salty. Said they had to discard batches of crablegs because of the saltiness. The cook explained the problem with the crablegs and acknowledged he's trying to resolve the issue. Could only sample a few fingers they were so salty. Management skirted the problem of the over SALTY crablegs. Not even busy on a Saturday 5pm dinner time. Who pays full price for crablegs couldnt eat much of. What.afraid because we addressed the salty crablegs and asked for a price adjustment. Escorted by a security guard when he did come to our table. Manager Tom just sat on his stool in lobby. They both acknowledged there has been a problem. Kitchen manager tried to fix the problem as did the server. Never apologized for Williamsburg manager Mr Tom rudeness.
